Primetime Cafe at the Lake

We decided to go here while we were at a baseball tourney in Littleaxe. It was also mothers day weekend. All of that to say, this place was busy. It took the waitress a bit to get to us, but once she did we were ready to order drinks and food. The older woman waitress (I think owner?) does an absolutely fantastic job. Overall it has gotten better and better. It sure draws a breakfast crowd on the weekends and that’s because the food is great. Make trip out to Lake Thunderbird and give this family a shot at satisfying those tastebuds!

We've visited this cafe twice and have been extremely pleased both times. The food is prepared in such a manner that makes one feel like they're eating at someone's private home. It's delicious and plentiful. So far, we have tried the Fried Catfish, a special of Center-cut Pork Chop and another special of Liver and Onions.
