Excellent customer service and fast turnaround around even when very busy. Employees personable and checked in repeatedly to meet all needs.
Gotta be the best fast food place in Norman!
Caesar is so awesome!!! I place an online order and came to realize I accidentally placed my order wrong and added additional items. Caesar very patiently, quickly, and happily assisted me with this issue, confirmed what I wanted multiple times and got my order out in less than 10 minutes!! Thank you so much Caesar!!!!

Based on six reviews, this Wingstop location offers a mix of experiences. The food is often hot and fresh, with excellent voodoo fries that slap and wings that are excellent. The boneless hot honey wings and lemon pepper wings are mentioned, though orders can be wrong, like receiving buffalo instead of hot honey or boneless instead of bone-in. The customer service is a highlight, with friendly and energetic staff who provide outstanding service and make things right, such as remaking an order with extra wings. However, the atmosphere is cramped and just meh, with tables having trash and customer service sometimes being mid or rushed. The voodoo fries may need salt or seasoning. While some customers love Wingstop and will return, others were unhappy with wrong orders and messy tables. Overall, this location has great people and good food, but the service and atmosphere can be inconsistent.
