Ordered a steak sandwich on 3/22/25. It was very dry and matted looked fried Rubber!! Fries were not fresh, waited nearly 20 minutes! Horrible experience here with this location! $15 for some trash!

So me my husband and our son went here Friday night to get dinner. We spent $40 plus gave the car hop a $6 tip and we were missing 2 items, our salad and onion rings. So we had to wait another 10 minutes to get our missing items after already waiting almost 40 minutes to receive our food in the 1st place. The food was cold and just not good. I was very disappointed. We will not be eating here again (also spent $6 on onion rings and it only had 3!!!)

Update: after several years of avoiding this particular restaurant I decided to give it another chance.... Nothing has changed and for $45 I'd expect ppl to care about the food they are selling. Crap on a bun
If only the workers with the long hair would cover it.. nothing worse than waiting on an order wondering if the young ladies hair is going to be on my fries. Not appealing at all

Had the chicken fried chicken and tater tots,they were really good and fresh. I wish I would have asked for more ketchup. The sandwich needed some ketchup only because I didn’t want mayo. Friendly service. The chicken fried chicken was better than good just not great.

BLESS 💫 the lady who answers the phone “Hello” in a tone like I bothered her. I don’t if she’s high, sleepy, or just ready to go home but 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂 I was like “Is this Del Rancho???” and she replied “Yes, how can I help you”👀 🙏🏽 my order is correct!!

This one on sw 59th is giving del rancho a bad name. I've always loved del rancho but this one we'll I'm going to drive little farther to eat . I ordered okra but I got a okra ball and it wasn't done in the middle of it.
