Based on the reviews, El-7 Mares Restaurant | Mexican offers great food with fresh seafood imported from Mexican beaches and coasts. The menu must include the cucharachas, which are very crispy shell-on shrimp where the whole body and head can be eaten, and the siete mares soup, which has so much flavor and generous portions of seafood. There is also a wide variety of stewed foods and succulent roast cuts of meat. The restaurant is one hundred percent family-friendly, very nice and clean, and wheelchair accessible. There is sufficient and ample parking on all four sides of a centrally located, all-paved lot.

However, the service continues to be a problem. Basic things like drink refills and to-go boxes can take 30-40 minutes, and the waitstaff sometimes forgets requests. The service seems much more attentive when groups of men are seated compared to when couples or families are dining. Despite the consistently disappointing service, the food and the restaurant itself are great, which is why customers keep coming back.
