Ashley, at the Cedar Park Great American Cookie Company, did a beautiful job decorating our cookie cake! She got every detail exactly the way I wanted it! 5 stars!!!⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I am so impressed with the manager Nicole at the Arnold Blvd., Lafayette, LA store. There was a mixup in our order and she took care of everything we needed in a very positive and helpful way! I bring my grandchildren there often for ice cream and or cookies. The staff is always very attentive, smiling and helpful. We order cakes from there all the time, and they are always made fresh and delicious! Awesome store! Awesome management! Awesome staff! Great for Lafayette, Louisiana!

Great American Cookies is known for its custom cakes that often bring humorous results. For instance, one customer received a unique "board game" themed cake that, despite its questionable appearance, was enjoyed for its taste. The staff are recognized for their sweet gestures, like gifting stuffed animals to children. Customers have also praised the service, especially when placing phone orders. One customer appreciated how the team went above and beyond when a cake needed a last-minute adjustment for a birthday celebration. This level of care makes the long drive to the store worthwhile. The establishment has a warm baking vibe and takes credit card payments only, with a successful app to place orders.
