Stopped in for quick and easy dinner on 4/20/24 at about 8:30pm but left without ordering. Worst service I've ever experienced. Extremely rude wait staff. They argued with each other and talked about customers in front of everyone. I'll never recommend this location to anyone.

I have had a very disgusting experience, I was so excited because I got told that they have gluten-free waffles and pancakes, I decided to order the gluten free and ask the server to order me those and ask her 3 times to make sure she order the gluten free waffles, she said yes. When she bring the order I asked her if this was gluten free, she said Yes.I get a bite and start eating and 7 minutes later I ask again, are you sure this are gluten free, she replied to me. YES, I begin to feel funny and nauseating and light headed, I did want to ask again, we got the tickets ans se that she order me the Belgian waffles, so I asked the manager if this was gluten free, she Said No. I explain her what just happened and she said that someone will contact me, 3 days pass and I been feeling miserable and so much pain. I end up going to the hospital because the gluten mess me up, that was on Monday this week, today is Saturday and no one have contacted me with any solution, what should I do?Please I need help

This place is the closest in my area. It's a nice place and I've visited many times. The food and atmosphere are typical of this brand. The service is good most of the time. I've had a couple of experiences where it took them I while to sit me down when the place wasn't even that busy: plenty empty booths and tables, and a lot of the staff were just gathed around the manager by the machine where the orders are placed. I was just staying there waiting for the one server who wasn't even around. Once I say down, it took a while to get my order.This same situation has happened more than once, which makes me think it's "a thing" that happens at this particular restaurant.
My family and I had a excellent time here at Ihop. Great service with our server Lucero and will definitely come back again.
