Also i feel that the Waitress at the Burlington NJ location is kind and welcoming to me & my husband who are older. We appreciate how she talks about new items to try. I will definitely request her area to sit since she is full time waitress

IHOP is a popular restaurant that offers a welcoming and efficient dining experience. The restaurant is often surprisingly empty, allowing for prompt seating and attentive service. The waitstaff is known for their promptness in delivering drinks and meals, even for large parties. The restaurant maintains a clean environment with a comfortable temperature, and the kids' meals are a great value, as they are free after 4 pm. Customers appreciate the restaurant's support for the local community, such as donating full breakfasts to teachers. The staff can be very friendly and attentive, with servers like Tony providing excellent service that makes the experience enjoyable. The restaurant also features helpful staff members who recommend menu items, making dining more convenient. While most visits are positive, there have been some less-than-ideal experiences, such as delays in processing online orders or situations where the staff couldn't honor specials due to timing. Overall, IHOP remains a welcoming spot with good service and a comfortable atmosphere.
