“My wife and I enjoyed a marvelous dinner at Sizzle and Spice last week. It was our first time and we will return. My wife had the Chicken Tikka Masala and I thoroughly enjoyed the Beef Nihari. The spices and flavor exceeded my expectations even after reading the reviews. The spicy heat level was excellent. This restaurant is one of my new favorites. I will definitely return and provide an update.Always superb service and awesome food!!!We dine here almost monthly.“
“Favorite place to eat in Oklahoma City. It's local, always fresh, service is kind and thoughtful. My favorites include: butter chicken and green masala rice, chicken biryani (wonderful as is, but try it with ranch when you get home!), chicken 65, cheese naan, garlic naan and spicy rice.Parking: Their parking lot gets full pretty quick, but the business next door on the south side is an event center that closes after 5pm with available parking when needed.“
“Amazing samosas, parathas on the go. Called the lady New Year morning and picked up the food 30 minutes later as promised. Chai tasty. Heavenly samosas reminded my wife of similar good stuff from Chennai. I loved the mint dahi, that came with the parathas. With all the Punjabi Dhabas on I40, this is a must try, though it's all carry out with nowhere to dine. The old couple running the express are great.“
“I finally got authentic Indian food at this place. It is not just the food but the very friendly staff which made our visit to this place very memorable. I am going to be here more often with my family and friends. Depending on your needs they are even willing to make the food spicier by 'Tadka'. Can't ask for a better deal.Must try their Seekh kabaabs, shami kabaabs and Malai boti kabaabs. Very juicy, tender and very flavorful. ? ?Absolutely loved it.“
“was craving a dish similar to my mother’s homemade food, which is personally hard to find in okc. I decided to order from Naan Cuisine, after reading so many raving reviews. I got the lamb roganjosh with a bit of achaar/lemon pickle, and naan. When I opened the box of rice, I smelled the aroma of spices like cinnamon and cardamom- although the rice didn’t contain any itself! This made me really happy because I could tell the food was thoughtfully made, with quality and technique! The lamb roganjosh was really good in regard to flavor and texture. I think next time I will try goat roganjosh. :]“
“The partner and I decided to try this out for something new and we saw a promo for it. We always order the same thing in a new Indian/Pakistani place: chicken biryani and butter chicken. They were both excellent. I've had biryani before that left some hard bits of herbs and spices, but here it was very easy to eat. Butter chicken was delicious, but we didn't realize it came without rice where most places provide rice. We will order that separate next time. Overall super delicious experience and can't wait to visit again!“
“Absolutely incredible food. Definitely our go to place for indian food in OKC. They recently introduced lunch specials, that is quick and great option when you are in hurry during lunch. Lunch specials are available during weekdays only. But besides that they have wide variety of vegetarian options from curries to dosas to biryanis to chaats. If you are looking for delicious indian meal, I cannot recommend them enough. Give them a visit and you will not regret it.Vegetarian options: They have large vegetarian selection“
“This has to be the best Indian food in OKC! The flavors are amazing and it is very authentic! The atmosphere is basic but for anyone who has travelled through Asia it is very authentic to what you would experience there. This is a must try for foodies!“
“Their butter chicken is the best in town. Thick, flavorful, and savory with a healthy portion of meat. The vegitable somosas come with a peper relish and tangy sauce that are out of this world. The owners are incrediably wholesome and sweet. Support them direcly by calling in your order for pickup. It's worth it to know your money is actually going to good, hard working people, and not to corporate greed. Their prices are more than fair for the amount and quality of food.. especially in this economy!Vegetarian options: The chaat masala is fantastic!“
“It seems like just a convenient store but then there was some Indian food. I was pleasantly surprised. I wanted butter chicken, but I didn't find it. Got the Chicken Byrani. Wasn't disappointed in flavor or amount, they even had plenty of chicken. Service was really good and that is making me alone, want to spend there again.“
“Delicious buffet. Somewhat mild compared to other Indian food I've had, but well suited to a westerner's palate. Service was good. It's a buffet, so self serve. But the server came around for beverage refills, and to offer us bread and tandoori chicken. The atmosphere is a little bare, rough and worn, but not uncomfortable. For $16 for an all you can eat lunch buffet, I'll be back.“
“The staff starts serving little pappadam with sauce as an appetizer. This is definitely a unique experience as I haven’t seen this done at other Indian restaurants. We ordered the lamb and palak paneer with naan. Super filling and rich in flavor. We will be back!“
