The 20 course Omakase dinner was outstanding - every bite was worth it and fabulous. It started with bubbles and caviar as an amusement bouche and it just keeps going from there. My favorites were the toro uni rice hand roll, uni pasta, chawanmushi with ikura, Wagyu with quail egg, and all of the nigiri was sooo fresh. It was a fun and cozy intimate dinner with 7 seats total. They sent us home with a menu and a Polaroid picture of us attached, such a cute touch.

The small dining atmosphere is reservation only and limited to a total of 7 people, creating a wild exclusivity. The menu is set to take you on a journey, featuring modern nigiri and small plates/tapas. The fish is super fresh, beautifully cut, and perfectly seasoned—no need for soy sauce or extras. Every piece has clean, balanced flavors, nothing heavy or overdone. The chef’s attention to detail, the pacing of each course, and the quality of the fish are all on another level. This is something Oklahoma has been missing, reminiscent of what previously only existed in much bigger cities like LA, NYC, or Dallas. It is a hidden gem and easily one of the best dining experiences in Oklahoma. The experience is not to be missed.
