KFC in Oklahoma City

“I always have a great experience at this KFC! The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious — you can really tell they take pride in what they serve. The restaurant is spotless every time I visit, from the dining area to the drink station. The manager and the employees are always so nice, welcoming, and professional. It’s clear they care about their customers and work hard to keep everything running smoothly. Definitely one of the best KFC locations around!“

“I have been down from surgery but I had been craving KFC for while now, so I sent my husband to pick me up food 3 different times in the last 2 months, so today was my day to go since I'm back up driving. I ordered on the app and went through the drive thru super fast and friendly guy in the window. So out of the 4 times I have eaten at this KFC @240 and S. Western in the pass few months it has a 10 out of 10 they are back on the map......good, fresh, hot, tasty are a few words that come to mind.....thanks to all the crew at the KFC that has turn me back in to a Fan again.“

“Perfect food from this chain and they open daily at 10:30. So you can get your catered lunch easily.
Staff has a great work and sense of humor. Very good customer service.
All types of chicken meat were available.
My Mom said she wanted chicken on the bone and this is it!

“I wanted to drop this so that the manager could recognize the two wonderful employees working during the lunchtime hour on Monday, June 22nd. They were both an absolute pleasure to work with (and I know how difficult it can be working in a fast food restaurant with very little support).

I placed a mobile app order and was halfway to the store when they called to inform me that one of the items was out of stock (tell me the last time a fast food restaurant has called you!?). Since my order had already gone through and charged to my card, they were able to work with me and swap my original order for something of equal value, no questions asked.

An absolute pleasure, your helpfulness did not go unnoticed!!“

“Great service, Great food!
I ordered an 8 piece but was charged for a 12 I think 🤔 Total was quite a bit more than I expected but I just paid it. When my food came, I had 12 instead of 8 so I assume he hit the wrong button. No big deal, my grandkids will eat it 😋 Mistakes happen. Service was better than any KFC Ive ever been in, otherwise Id have said something about the total.“
