When we first started coming here everything was great. Avoid the arcade if unless you want to play broken games. Everything else is great. The games continuously take your money and won’t function. No signs that say they are broke and a long line to get a refund. Then no one goes and turns the game off. This is from skiball and basket ball all the way to the air hockey. Ran into an issue with my son but Zach snd Savannah was there to fix my issue. They went about and Beyond for us. Most places would have told me sorry for my luck but those two cared about the problem . It’s the little thing that goes a long way. No more chucky cheese. We will be back mainevent. Thanks for making my son feel special.
They focus on all the other activities and forget about the games. Half the machines wouldn’t work or were out of order all together. Their machine prices are also more expensive than others. Their prize room was a complete mess and the overall feel of the place was no one cared. Also, we needed assistance but there were no attendants on the floor and the ones at the counter were too busy playing on their phones.
