I just wanted to say, I appreciated the free coupon from a previous error but when I went to use it yesterday, they sent me the wrong pizza I ordered. The box label was correct, just not the pizza. I tried calling and they put me on hold for 10 min. I called again and asked to please not be put on hold and 4-5 times was ignored and put on hold.
