All types of candies you may not find everywhere. Only downside is the price.

The cupcakes taste like Walmart quality but come with a Neiman Marcus price tag. On top of that, the woman with the glasses was incredibly rude and made the whole experience unpleasant. Definitely not worth it.

Found this beautifully designed victorian inspired sweets shop. From ice cream to pretty cakes/cupcakes and candy. Their Red Velvet ice cream is much better than the one Ben & Jerry's use to sell. And the scoop price is the same no matter which cone you desire. I spent $17, but if I didn't get my water, it would have been about $14 w/ tax for ice cream and Turtle Cheesecake cupcake.

While it is pricey, it's very cute. The ice cream and cupcakes are good. Not the best but good. However, one would think that after dropping 80-100 at their store they could sit in the back room that is decorated with tables. It's not a party room. It's literally a room for customers. There's no closed door or sign indicating otherwise. As a matter of fact our family has enjoyed our ice cream back there before. However, we were shooed out rudely yesterday by the cashier after we had been sitting there for 10-15 minutes. Apparently, sitting and enjoying your ice cream and cupcakes is a no-no. With service like this I can totally see why the Norman location closed. This one won't be far behind.

My granddaughter wanted a cupcake so we decided to try Pinknitzel. The shop is really cute inside. Lots of candies and pretty decorations. She got a birthday cupcake and a chocolate truffle cupcake and some assorted gummies. The birthday cupcake was really good. The chocolate cupcake went into the trash, it almost seemed raw in the middle. Most of the gummies were really good. The fried egg gummy was super cute. The lady at the register was very unfriendly and made what was supposed to be a fun outing feel uncomfortable. Not a welcoming atmosphere.

EDIT..... Ive changed my stars from 1 to 3 as the The company will be reviewing their policies and has refunded half of the cost which i greatly appreciate. I will definitely be giving them another shot after this is done, as I see great potential & truly hope they succeed and would love to bring my other grand daughters.
I ordered a tea party for 4, it cost $188 & we got cute but mediocre cupcakes with a few chocolate stuff & macaroons. No tea pot with tea cups or even tea. Just water, no service nothing to counter act the complete sugar. I thought i was paying for an experience. Nope just sitting in a room with sweets. I could have walked in and did the same thing for well under $50. Adorable atmosphere though.

Came in for a milkshake. Ice was put in a blender then powder and milk. Not at all what was expected. Rather than a creamy ice cream shake received a chalky soup. Cupcake was dry and very disappointed. Would not recommend.
