Pinkitzel is a chic, pink sweet shop that’s perfect for anyone who loves a girly vibe. They have everything from saltwater taffy and macarons to cupcakes and ice cream. I tried the strawberry cupcake—cute and tasty, but it was vanilla cake with strawberry filling and icing, not the strawberry cake I was expecting. Still, it was delicious and the shop is full of charm. Worth a visit if you’re in the mood for something sweet and fun!

A fun place to stop.

My sister, who is active duty, and I, a veteran, stopped by this little place with nothing more than a sweet tooth and a desire to support a local business. Since visiting my sister at her current duty station in OKC, I’ve generally felt welcomed — but this experience was disappointing.

The woman at the counter was rude and dismissive from the start. Despite that, we treated her and the establishment with dignity and respect, and I paid without making a scene. Unfortunately, we were met with some of the most unprofessional and unwelcoming customer service I’ve experienced.

As a small business, customer service should be a priority, and whatever her issue was, it should never have been taken out on paying customers who had done nothing to deserve that treatment. It was not okay, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment to others.

Spent over $200 there and they towed my car as a thanks even though I got their blessing several times to leave my car “overnight even” since I’m from out of town and my mobile mechanic was going to work on it at night. I’m stranded and alone and they set me back tremendously. If I knew they were going to tow it, I would have towed it to a shop. And she knew that. But I was told she gets a kick back for towing cars. SO ANGRY I gave them any of my money let alone as much as I did as a thanks for them being so understanding. May God return your “blessings” to your business!

This is such a gem. Happened upon it on Google for places that serve sweets. Very colorful, clean and a very large selection of treats. My son and I had ice cream and my brother had an orange creamsicle float. Then we raided the candies to take home. The one who was working was very nice and patient while my crazy son went for a second bag. Do expect to spend some money and time. There's lots of cuteness and yumminess to see.

We went and got ice cream and some macarons. Everyone was very friendly and the establishment was clean. The only thing I didn't like was there was nothing saying they had ice cream...I went based off the information my daughter gave me.
