“Rudy went above and beyond for me, I had placed an order online during my short lunch break and had no idea I accidentally ordered at the mall. Anyways I was asking for a refund because i was on a slim time line- he actually insisted on bringing it out to me so I could enjoy my lunch. I am very pleased at his attitude and respect. I will definitely be back ! He deserves a raise that’s for sure“

“I mean it was chicken. Never ate at Popeyes before. Got a spicy chicken sandwich. If it was spicy, I couldn't tell. A little greasy. The drive thru lady didn't seem super good on English, but her smile was genuine. Don't see it during lunch rush at most places. I liked the fries.“

“I came to this store on July 8th at 10 minutes after 6:00 p.m. and Ms Beky, at the front counter has brilliant customer service. She let me know right away that I will be getting fresh fries and had to wait just only a few minutes. But her conversation was so nice that the time only seemed like 1 minute. I enjoy that kind of customer service and I will be returning hopefully Ms Beky will be there. That is how her name is spelled.“

“This could have been a frustrating day, but the staff was friendly, patient, and helpful. We went through the drive-thru trying to order from the app, but the app menu and store menu were different, so there was some confusion. The young lady helping us was not sure what we were talking about, but she stayed kind and patient.
We pulled to the side, downloaded the app, and placed the order there. When we came back, they found the app order, made the food, and even walked it out to the car. They double-checked the whole order right in front of us to make sure everything was there.
That is quality customer service. Five stars from me. CHK:8895“

“Great except my sauce was forgotten 😭😂 not a deal breaker. We got the tenders and they were crispy and delicious. The biscuits were perfect and i was pleasantly surprised with their fries. Mashed potatoes were pretty good. As a person who is consistently spurned by Popeyes for almost a decade, I will definitely visit this location again ... And check for my sauces next time 😂“

“Everything was perfect once the order was made but I was told it would be ready by 4:50pm and when I got to the restaurant they hadn't even started on the order. Additionally, I ordered Mac and cheese but was told 10 mins after waiting that there was no Mac and cheese and it would take 30 mins to prepare. The store manager was doing all he could to get orders out and he was extremely polite. The issue I saw was he was incapable of making the teenagers playing on their phones in the restaurant do their jobs. He would direct them to do something (in spanish) and they would just look at him, laugh, and continue standing around not doing their job. It was clear that he was stressing to meet all customers needs but it was apparent the teenagers were blatantly disobeying him and disrespecting him. It's extremely unfortunate because the manager seemed like a great guy but he was failing at getting the food out on time because of his inability to manager his very junior crew.“
“Well, it was on base, at the Tinker BX Food Court, so that's one thing; the atmosphere isn't exactly under their control. The food was good and the chicken VERY hot and fresh. The sides (regular sides) were smallish but good (mashed potatoes and gravy, and red beans & rice). The chicken pieces were kinda smallish too, but everything tasted great. But it really wasn't very much food for $16 (incl. tax).“
