“Rudy went above and beyond for me, I had placed an order online during my short lunch break and had no idea I accidentally ordered at the mall. Anyways I was asking for a refund because i was on a slim time line- he actually insisted on bringing it out to me so I could enjoy my lunch. I am very pleased at his attitude and respect. I will definitely be back ! He deserves a raise that’s for sure“
“I would have left a higher rating if they did not take shrimp off the menu I've been going to Popeyes for years and for the past 5 years they have had shrimp on the menu and then all of a sudden took it off bring back the shrimp and you'll get a higher rating“
“We had the sweetest counter help ever. She was charming, kind helpful, and respectful. I was there with my 12 and 11 year old. For lunch. We live in Perkins and we're in OKC to run some errands. The food was hot and fresh. The lady behind counter started singing. Love it.

“Everything was perfect once the order was made but I was told it would be ready by 4:50pm and when I got to the restaurant they hadn't even started on the order. Additionally, I ordered Mac and cheese but was told 10 mins after waiting that there was no Mac and cheese and it would take 30 mins to prepare. The store manager was doing all he could to get orders out and he was extremely polite. The issue I saw was he was incapable of making the teenagers playing on their phones in the restaurant do their jobs. He would direct them to do something (in spanish) and they would just look at him, laugh, and continue standing around not doing their job. It was clear that he was stressing to meet all customers needs but it was apparent the teenagers were blatantly disobeying him and disrespecting him. It's extremely unfortunate because the manager seemed like a great guy but he was failing at getting the food out on time because of his inability to manager his very junior crew.“
“After having a terrible experience at the Garth brooks location, I would like to shout out this location on Morgan Road. They were spectacular! They really turned what was a very horrible experience into one we should have had from the beginning. They were kind, knew what they were advertising, double checked our order before handing it out, and everything was fresh! It truly was like a breath of fresh air after the experience we had at the other location. I know these reviews may not really do much but they do deserve more! They are wonderful and go above and beyond! Thank you popeyes on Morgan road. ❤“
“✨🍗What a wonderful day and time here ...Maria(District) and Claudia(GM) was all hands on deck and they knew the menu and specials. Also they ran a great shift of cooks and workers. The $5 specials won't last long so get it while it's here. They also had timers to remind them of temperature checks on food. Chicken was fresh,fries hot,and mashed potatoes we're steaming.“
“Jesus & team is phenomenal. They are fast very attentive & knowledgeable. The restaurant is clean & they actually converse with you and don’t make you seem rushed. I’ll definitely be back, definitely dine-in you want be disappointed.“
“I eat here every day not only because it’s very delicious but also we have a very limited section over here on the sooner side I 240!:) in any case, this location is always extremely fast and very, very nice. Particularly I am very impressed with a gentleman named JAMES as he helped me out very well today. Also, there are some sweet, kind ladies in the back that always wave when I come through. Thank you sooner Popeyes location for being so awesome!:)“
“Well, it was on base, at the Tinker BX Food Court, so that's one thing; the atmosphere isn't exactly under their control. The food was good and the chicken VERY hot and fresh. The sides (regular sides) were smallish but good (mashed potatoes and gravy, and red beans & rice). The chicken pieces were kinda smallish too, but everything tasted great. But it really wasn't very much food for $16 (incl. tax).“
