I am very disappointed by the way they handled my membership and the customer service from the owner. I signed up online and paid for an annual membership that stated and advertised at payment that the membership includes 2 hour daily drop off for your dog (this is why I signed up). When I made it up to the dog park, the lady told me that they do not offer the two hour daily drop off effective October 1.
