We love this taco truck! We recently discovered it and are now regulars! We love them so much, we recently asked them to help cater a party at our house. Sergio popped up with his grill and served fresh tacos to our guests in our back yard. It was the best and everyone loved it!

Me and my friends drove from Tulsa just to get these quesabirria tacos. Absolutely worth it, will be doing it again soon. Best tacos I’ve ever had.

Taqueria Rodriguez was a super popular food truck known for its authentic Mexican cuisine, especially the birria tacos and quesabirria. The green sauce is a must-try, with every bite reminding customers of California flavors. Sadly, the truck closed down last year, but locals hope for a new one to open soon. The consommé was yummy and the portions were generous, making it a favorite spot for Cali folks missing home.
