Didn’t know where to leave a review for the Valets so I hope I’m in the right spot! My wife couldn’t brag on Isreal enough when she got home, he’s Valet’d her the past 3 weeks she’s been at the hospital and every-time he has been phenomenal for her. He’s been kind, professional, and made the experience easier for her each visit. She loves the valet service so much now that she doesn’t even want to park herself anymore. :)
I had an appointment for my daughter at the Gastroenterologist, and so her, myself and her Nana stopped in at the cafeteria and Brandon was able to fix up one of the best vegetarian burgers I have ever had. He was knowledgeable, very quick, and just a kind, respectful young man. Norman assisted with our purchase as well, and he was such a patient, pleasant and polite man! They made our experience exceptional!!
Our son was only 4 days old when he got admitted to the tenth floor because of hypothermia. His body had trouble regulating temperature and we were very upset with his level of care. The nurse had him on a heating incubator and the alarm kept saying baby hot take off baby and no one would help us so we had to go get a nurse and I had just had a c section so we went home at one point to rest for a bit because the dr told us we could and when we got back the nurse hadn’t changed...read full review
