This place was great when my toddler son fell off the top bunk and fractured his skull. We did have to wait several hours for a room, overnight, which meant missing their kitchen being open, but they had us in a private ER room in the meantime. It was comfortable and everyone was warm and friendly. When we did get to a room, it was large and private. The nurse was really sweet to my son. I even woke up at 1:00 a.m. to see her blowing bubbles for him. He was, fortunately, fine....
I'm thankful for the mom community that suggested OU Medical for my 9-month-old daughter's low urine output. Following her treatment, her condition has improved substantially, and her test results indicate healthy kidney and bladder function. Our experience at OU Medical was exceptional, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel like family. I have been dealing with OU children’s for 6 almost 7 years.. I absolutely adore the staff, and the hospital all together! If it wasn’t for OU, my sweet girl wouldn’t have made it.
