Wendy's in Oklahoma City

“The food is always the same so you know what you are getting. The hamburger was great as were the fries. Wednesdays mysterious sauce didn't end up being my favorite but then it was a Wednesday meal. The ice cream shake that came with the meal was worth it. They should keep that permanently.“

“Lady taking orders at 11:05 was awesome. Not once rushed, very friendly and patient even though it was a fairly big order. Felt welcoming unlike most fast food places around here. And all the while was actually able to multi task because we would say an item and she would always say something back in a timely manner while handing drinks out to the car at the window, taking their cash through the whole process of us ordering. Very impressed and don’t come across people who can multi task the old fashioned way if you know what I mean. Simple, fast and easy peezy. And the food was so good I made my girl drive home while I ate my whole meal:)“

“This is my second time at this location.
The first time, I couldn't eat the fries. They were old and crunchy.
This visit: I waited at the counter to place my order, and I was ignored for about 15 minutes. There was one customer in the dining room and two cars in the drive thru.
There were 6 employees on duty, including the manager. The manager was at the loby register, correcting an issue, not once did he acknowledge me. The employees looked at me, but none acknowledged me. I ordered a Dave's Double Cheese Burger. And it cost me $10.87. I will add the picture.
I will not be back to this location. Unfriendly and unprofessional. From Manager down to the newest employee.“

“My co-worker and I go here when we're looking for a quick, affordable lunch. Cameron is usually behind the register and is so nice! Always in a good mood and happy to be there. From the time we order to the time we got our food is always quick.“

“I just stopped at the Wendy’s at about 1645 on Friday, October 4, 2024and had a really good customer service experience from a young lady. Her name is Trazaria. She was attentative, listened to hear me instead of listening to respond, and actually got my order right on the first time. Make sure she’s recognized for this.“

“This restaurant was open when many were closed on a 🥶 cold Sunday morning on NW Expressway!
Staff was kind and clean. Restaurant was clean. Cartoons only on TV though, would have liked the news.
Good coffee. Basic Wendy's recipes. This store happily has an older store vibe.

Parking: Good access to busy shopping! On the way to many things.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes and drive thru. I guess you can order ahead. I miss the Wendy's salad bar!“

“This was a great experience. It's my favorite Wendy's location that I've been to in Oklahoma.

I got a Krabby Patty here and I love it.

I hope I may still be able to order the burger after the promotion ends.“

“I don't usually take the time to write out a review for fast food. But this is the closest Wendy's to my home. One thing I noticed is that they are always very busy and still manage to keep the line moving. The quality of the food for me was always fresh, and I usually go there for lunch or an early dinner on the way home. Personally I have had consistently nice quality and out quickly. As for the people leaving one star reviews, they should probably learn to give people grace. The employees at this Wendy's are always working their hardest and this is a reliable go-to food spot for us in the area when we don't want to try a new nice place or eat in at home. Thank you and my family greatly appreciates all the hard workers!“

“First time at this Wendy's actually haven't been to any in a looong while due to expensive. I saw an ad about 1$ chicken biscuits at domino gas station! I love chicken biscuits and nobody has them. I am a nurse and drive thru is my friend so I stopped! Had to wait a few min for biscuits, server said its a popular item this morning. Area was clean, people real friendly and helpful at the window.chicken biscuits fresh and tasty! 1$ is an excellent deal! Should have got more! I did see window ads on way out I will have to try next!“

“ik in the office that they felt god in a chili's, but he was present in this wendy's today. my goodness. perfect, juicy burger and hot, crispy fries with a cold fountain drink. on top of that, the old-style wendy's with the greenhouse area is a vibe that i never want to forget.“

“I stopped at the Wendy’s in Edmond recently and had a really solid experience. I ordered a regular cheeseburger for myself and three chicken tender meals for my kids. Everything came out hot and fresh, which is always the first thing I look for when getting fast food. “The food was good and cooked fresh. The parking lot was clean. I can't speak for the inside of the restaurant because I opted for the drive-thru. Yet, the employee at the window said they don't do drive-thru mobile orders (STRANGE!) and to pick up my order inside. Thankfully, my husband was with me, and he went inside. Otherwise, I was going to make a fuss since I had just left the hospital across the street and am badly injured. Plus, there was nothing in the app that stated they don't do drive-thru orders since it gave me the option to do drive-thru.“
