Better than south robinson wet and wild
Went into the store today, and, upon arrival at approximately 1130 hrs, half the lobby was still locked. When I got inside, there was nobody manning the counter or the kitchen, and I had to shout at the top of my lungs to get someone out of the back of the restaurant. Then, when I got my order and left, I found out they didn't give me the cookies I ordered, and I tried multiple times to call the store, and nobody answers the bloody phone.
It's a good atmosphere to be in and the people are great
Wendy's offers good, fresh food with perfectly seasoned burgers. The parking lot is clean, but the drive-thru doesn't accept mobile orders. The inside can feel chaotic and unorganized, with long wait times and employees being yelled at. Despite these issues, the food quality and taste are still excellent, making customers want to return soon. Many customers noted that the food has always been good when ordered, and most staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant interior is clean but appears dated, with limited seating available. Bathrooms are only accessible with staff help, and parking is limited, often making it difficult to exit to the roadways. Some reviews mentioned that the manager is often loud, discourteous, and unreasonable, and there is no wheelchair access due to a narrow entrance with a ledge and two doors. Customers also observed that the menu seems different in this location, with fewer options, and the burger's flavor and lettuce quality were not impressive. Overall, service is fast and friendly, but organization and accessibility could use improvement.
