“I love Texas Roadhouse but it’s difficult to have a conversation with the loud music blaring like it’s a dance club and the constant barrage of happy birthday festivities coupled with everyone in the place having to yell to each other setting at their own table just to carry on a conversation!! We asked the manger if the music could be turned down a little when she stopped by to check on the table and she literally went” huh?” Because she couldn’t hear what we were saying!!! lol and I said “exactly” anyway it was still blaring when we left!! Good food just not a place to enjoy your dining companions while you eat!“

“I had booked a reservation for a large party a few months ago. There was several weird situations that happened with booking. I would call they would say one thing when I had another it was all really weird I was just glad I was able to show up and my party be on the list. The food was really good only issue was I had told the person over the phone I had a chocolate allergy so they told the server. When I ordered I made sure to retell the server. When I was bitting into my cheesecake I noticed there was chocolate in the crust. I was assured that there was no chocolate in it just on top and why I had it plain. Luckily my director was staying at a hotel across the street to grab me some Benadryl. This could have been avoided if he would have known there was chocolate in the cheesecake. Not sure if I’ll book large party here again but I may be back on a date night or something. Please educate your staff on the ingredients of your food to avoid issues going forward could have been a lot worse.“

“We didn’t have a reservation (hoping to grab a quick bite at the bar), but they kindly accommodated us. The service was great and incredibly fast. We needed to be out of there in less than an hour, and we were with time to spare. We ordered a steak and chicken cordon bleu with crab cakes for appetizers. Food was great but really loved the crab cakes…to the point where I would’ve probably had 4 more by myself if I hadn’t already ordered dinner. Paired it with a red wine. Perfect combo. They also gave out little complementary dessert bites of something that was delicious and pretty adorable. The view is fantastic as well with awesome service. Will definitely be returning!“
