“Amazing kind of good!! Brisket sandwich was on point. Slaw they make there, fresh cut fries and fried okra. Holy cow!! Staff is very friendly...Our kind of people. This place is an old school BBQ joint where they get it right. Above Par is our BBQ go too bar none.“

“Best BBQ in town. My wife and I shared a plate. It was almost more than we could eat. The ribs were super tender and tasted great. I ordered a side of onion rings and they brought a huge plate full. Most places onion rings are coated in breading so thick you can hardly taste the onions, but these had a thin coat which tasted excellent. We will definitely be back.“

Give half of the sandwich for the lunch special, two bites for the big people. My order came with three buffalo wings and a house potato chips. The meat of the wings is so dry and the potato chips have no taste and are not crunchy. We also ordered a pulled pork sandwich and the meat was also dry even though it already had sauce, the bun was too small with too much meat. The server was nice. She walks around and checks on every table.“
