I see the manager in the restaurant a lot during lunch hours, and he and staff usually come around to check if we need anything else and ask how the food is. It really shows that he cares about their service. Today a customer went up to the counter and was yelling about his food, and the staff quickly calmed him down came yow it's a quick solution. Tbh, the customer found more things to complain about (that were not things the staff can control like a nation wide lettuce shortage) but the staff remained patient, and the manager was very on top of the situation.“
