Every staff in this Arby's location was friendly and quick. Sandwich was better than sandwiches at other Arby's locations. Tasted fresh. Bun was soft and fresh. Hats off to this Arby's team.
They forgot to give me my drink plus they forgot to put caramelized onions on the cheesesteak.
They throw mozzarella sticks in frozen solid and do not cook them long enough despite asking them to cook them longer due to this being A REGULAR ISSUE WITH MOST PLACES. Mozzarella sticks should NOT be gritty and break apart, they should be smooth and stringy. JUST COOK THEM 20 SECONDS LONGER DANG.

The food at Arby's is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The Arby's sauce is a highlight, as it adds a unique flavor to the sandwiches. The chicken sandwiches are a popular choice, with options such as the buffalo chicken sandwich and the chicken club sandwich. The sandwiches are made with premium ingredients, including tender chicken breast fillets, freshly baked buns, and crisp vegetables. Customers appreciate that the food is made fresh and served quickly, even during busy times. The service is friendly, with employees like MIA being especially helpful and attentive. The manager was described as precise and in control, which contributed to a positive experience. While some feel the value has decreased due to the removal of certain deals, overall, the food quality remains high. However, some concerns about cooking consistency have been raised, with a few customers noting that their burger was nearly raw. Despite this, Arby's remains a popular choice for those seeking a satisfying and tasty meal.
