The last 2 times I have ordered was bad. Ribs burnt , I like burnt ends but these were beyond.and then today the quesadilla was not cooked. It is like they put the tortilla in the microwave.

I called up the store to see if I could order the steak and shrimp fajitas without any of the extra items. First, it was going to be 23$ and then it was lowered to 11$. So, I ordered it and what was received was 6 small shrimp and a very small Amount of steak that was ice cold

My husband and I were passing through and decided on chilis. We are seated within moments of entering. We had our drinks and were greeted by our waiter within the first 5 minutes. Our server was at least 10 stars! She was attentive throughout our dinner. We got the fajitas for two and let me say O M G it was absolutely DELICIOUS!! We picked steak and shrimp. Our meats were cooked perfectly. All around a very pleasant dinner. Thank you chili's!

Chili's was okay they really don't have a lot to choose from on the menu I mean you either going to have a hamburger or you're going to have a steak... and basically that's about all that's on the menu oh wait they had chicken strips and ribs and nasty white cheddar macaroni and cheese?

Clean. Fast. A lot of options. Our group needed many dietary substitutions and they were prepared for them all! Like providing romaine leaves instead of tortillas with the fajitas. The atmosphere is so versatile! You can go in wearing a little black dress or jeans! Good for family and friends. It was busy when we went but we never wanted for anything! Parking is a limited. Expect to pay or walk a ways.
I hopped onto the trend of the 'Nashville hot mozz' Chilis has and absolutely loved them alongside the Classic Sirloin I had gotten. the food came out hot and quickly. The service quality and my server, Julie, was amazing. Even though she had experienced a nasty crowd that could not read during the paying process, she was persevering through it. I would 100% go back again and request Julie just to tip her.

They do not properly clean and sanitizer their dishes. The past few times I've gone there's been left over food particles on the plates. There is caked up filth on the plates that scrapes off with your fingernails. Just because something is sent through a steamer doesn't make it automatically clean.

Chips and 3 dips was good. I go the ribs, sausage and tenders. Sausage was ok and tenders were decent. But the ribs were like eating straight salt. Haven't been t9 chili's in years and can't say I will be going anytime soon again.
