“I love the smell when you open the door to a bakery. I know it is hard to chose anything when I go there. EVERYTHING...looks so good..and smells fantastic. I did settle on a giant cinnamon roll. Got home warmed it and had a cup of coffee...so soft, fluffy and the size of a dinner plate. Might make this my monthly treat. Thank you.“

“The donuts are always fresh and delicious—I really enjoy them. The gentleman who makes the donuts is always welcoming, with a warm smile and friendly greeting, which makes every visit pleasant.

Unfortunately, my experience with the younger employee has been different. He rarely responds when spoken to, doesn't seem to look for the items we ask for, and never smiles. A more friendly and attentive attitude would greatly improve the overall customer experience.“
