The food was cold even the cheese dip

My debit card was charged twice for the tip. Called & emailed, no response.
My wife and I are somewhat new to the area. We were very excited to try Enrique's. Unfortunately, we were completely disappointed. There were four tables open when we arrived, but we were told it would be a 15 minute wait before a table could be cleaned. about 20 minutes later, we were seated to a table that had not been fully cleared.
