I’m a DoorDash driver, and I had to wait over 20 minutes for this order this Friday night. A young man told me, in a tone that it wouldn’t take long, but I still ended up waiting much longer than expected. Because of the delay, I was late dropping off the order and got in trouble on my end. I understand it gets busy, especially on weekends, but long wait times really affect drivers, especially on one of our busiest nights. I hope there can be better communication during peak hours.

I had a great experience tonight! My server, I think her name was Brooke, was very attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious. The only issue was when I was leaving with my to-go order, a young man ran out, took the bag from my hand, and switched out my burger in front of me. I appreciate them fixing the mistake, but it felt a little unprofessional. Other than that, everything was great!

If you are kitchen prep help and run short of anything or do not know the difference in some products then ask someone who does know. Don't sub one shredded meat for another as customers who frequent your place know the difference. :))

Update 6-9-25: We placed a fairly large order and had an issue with the ordering system, said it went through, called to confirm and told everyhting was good. We arrived only to find out there was an issue. They made it right and took care of us. They got the order together quickly and the food pulled pork, chicken, ribs, okra, green and bbq beans, salad etc was all great. They stood up and took care of the problem since it was on their end and provided us with amazing customer service. The manager was very friendly and apologized for the inconvenience. I would recommend trying them out if you haven't done so recently.
They were very friendly, but to be honest the ribs, hot links, and brisket weren't very good. The pulled pork was decent.
