The takeout line was at least 20 minutes the last three times when I have gone through the drive-through. My order tends to be faster when I go inside. I also noticed my order wasn’t actually placed until I was at the door to pay. My drink tasted great but the waiting time is crazy.

The employees are fantastic but I have gone to order several times only to find out they are out of absolutely everything, have no power, etc. It’s obvious corporate gives them absolutely no assistance or care because they’re in a small town. Third time this week I’ve had to go to another place because I’m unable to order from here.

They take forever to get a drink out with 3-4 workers behind the counter, it shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes for multiple people to get one order out. It’s ridiculous how I have waited less in a more populated area with less workers. Let alone how disrespectful the workers are to paying customers, if you can’t handle being nice don’t work in the food service. I know 14 year olds who are barely in high school that could do a better more respectful job. Please find new management and employees this is actually insane.

We ordered ahead on app. Had a fifth wheel so ordered pickup inside. Red head yelled at my husband don’t come inside we are only drive through. He explained we already ordered to the app and she said you’ll have to wait if a car comes through. I’m waiting on them first. She was very rude not sure what’s going on with the inside of the store, but we already ordered ahead of time. Maybe next time we’ll drag our fifth wheel through there

Super delicious coffee, have my dog Chris a pup cup and they were super sweet. I always come here for my coffee 🙂

I haven’t had a coffee in a few days and ordered DoorDash. My sticker had the image on the mouth opening and I ordered oat milk and received regular milk. I was unable to drink the latte and lost out on paying the tip (always will) but sucks when I didn’t get a drink out of it. This happened on the day I am posting it. Check which employees were working at 1:55 pm.

When I go during the Night shift and get my Stw Lemonade Refresher w no ice they advice me they have to charge me a extra dollar for no ice and I'm completely fine with that always love the night crew, especially Jordan!! But when I go in the AM around 7 before my 12 hour shift I get no ice and they charge me around nearly $7 for my drink and fill it half full and I am not aware until after payment is made so I cant mention just charging me the Extra dollar for filling it to the top I have to leave with a Half full cup. I'd rather pay the dollar than have a half empty cup!
