We drove 32 miles to get a latte and got there at 7:50. They close at 8:00. The doors were locked due to help shortage but had a sign saying drive thru was open. The car in front of us got waited on but we got a recording saying they were closed. 64 mile round trip for nothing. Needless to say, we were not happy. This has happened before at this location. We will be contacting management.

The employees were pretty amazing! The customer before me was not being very nice and could use improvements for sure but all the ladies working did a magnificent job! They were very nice to her even when she got irritated and walked out abruptly. They suggested a few drinks to me and the ones they suggested for myself and my husband were absolutely perfect! We wanted to try something new and it was pretty amazing! Salted caramel cold brew for me and my hubby tried a mango dragonfruit refresher while our daughter opted for the Java chip Frappuccino. We were visiting from kansas and saw a starbucks and this mama had a craving. Also I used a coupon from my app and the employee was so helpful with it. Didnt get her name but i apprit. I just want to say thank you again for being awesome guys!

For a while they were short staffed and took forever but now everything is pretty quick and everybody is so friendly.
10/10 recommend this drink! Tall apple crisp oat milk shaken espresso with sweet cream cold foam on top.
I get the egg white bites or the double smoked cheddar croissant sandwich several times a week

Decent drinks, friendly staff, but sometimes it takes them a while to acknowledge you at the drive thru, with nobody in front of you, and with a creepy, invasive camera pointed at your face. So I know they saw me. I sit there like... ummm.....hello? Anybody there lol....maybe they were busy cleaning or something, but it seems to happen quite frequently. I never have a problem anywhere else...
If you want your drink made wrong and long wait times. This is the place for you. They cannot make a simple iced white chocolate mocha right. Even with extra white chocolate it taste bitter because they don’t even stir it?!? At least not well enough. The drive through is also poorly designed. You shouldn’t go through the stores parking lot to line up. You should be able to go in the outer parking lot. But the tight turns make it difficult for most vehicles. The management when it first opened was great. Clearly has gone down hill since first opening. Want a good drink go to homeland Starbucks.

This location started out strong when they had out of town people here running it. Zero consistency now though and the coffees always taste incorrect(not even close) compared to every other starbucks. They have to be completely untrained and just making it up as they go.
