Please get a team that actually works together because this was disappointing. I waited over an hour for three sandwiches that were sitting on the counter getting cold, the the guy doing the toppings slowly finished people's sandwiches, while the girl was NO help whatsoever, and she kept making sandwiches that were sitting and getting cold.

They really need to schedule 1 person for online and 2 for counter service, you'd make A LOT more money if you didn't have customers walk out from the line being so long and take too long just by scheduling only 1 more person for lunch and dinner rushes?
Employees sitting around not helping make sandwiches, cold meatballs after waiting for 15 minutes after time sandwich was “completed” on app. Almost $30 for cold sandwiches that were supposed to be warm. Disappointing to say the least.

They always seem too busy or not fast enough. Not sure what their deal is. Subway is getting too expensive anyways. The days of $5 footlongs are a distant memory from the past. Customers expect more. Subway, you need better menu options. Step it up a few notches if you will be charging upscale prices for boring subway food. Bring something new and exciting to the menu that is worth what you are charging people. Otherwise, it's off to walmart to by a $7 sub from the grab and go section. Honestly, they taste about the same, but at subway you have to wait longer and pay $5-6 more. Hmmm

Slowest workers I’ve ever witnessed in my life. Took about 10 minutes in line for them to make 2 sandwiches for a group of five. The couple in front of me left it took so long and after another 5 minutes so did I. I drove 8 minutes across town to the other subway ordered, got my food, and drove back to this subway and the people behind me in line were still there waiting.
