The food here is hit or miss, but I don’t recommend getting any type of burrito because they don’t even grill the flower tortilla and feels like it was just pulled out of the packaging. Not a fan of the service here either which contributes to the horrible atmosphere. Horrible Taco Bell location I would at least give Taco Bell that I’ve been to a three star rating, but it’s tough just giving this review two.

Order incorrect. Removed creamy jalapeño sauce from food and paid extra for avocado ranch to be added to my food, but it wasn't.

went through drive-thru, VERY rude and incompetent lady. had to go inside and get the rest of my order and the lady snarkily dropped order in my hand. disgusting lobby and even more disgusting employee with a terrible attitude. food was also hard with undercooked or old rice.

Well I think the food is absolutely delicious at taco bell always have. And I don't ever do reviews but I had to on this one because the drive through cashier was not very polite Tonight. A lead shift there needs to train her better. Thank you.
Ok folks. Here's the deal. When I was born the Dead Sea was only sick and Taco Bell was nothing but a glint in Papa Tacos eye. I grew up in a small town with a big Mexican Restaurant that was scrumptious and had set the bar pretty high. My 3rd visit sum total was no different than the subsequent 2 visits. Im probably not the target audience for this type of dining therefore I shall refrain and keep my opinions to self. It just would not be fair to Taco Bell. With that Im smiling remembering the End-O-Main on Watonga, OK. Happy dining.

Waited in drive thru for 30 min for food. Food was like warm with about a tsp of meat on my items. Window worker was polite.

went to pick up the mobile order I told the lady at the window the name on the mobile order. She told me five times they didn’t have it after she was already being shitty and i went inside to them and she still continues to tell me they don’t have the order until somebody else has common sense comes over there and grabs the order terrible service
In my professional opinion of working at restaurants since I was 15 it's been 15years and I can't believe the terrible customer service they are just lucky I'm still not that young cause I probably would have been in there fighting them lol. don't waste your time go somewhere else no standards here. I went there tried to order 2lrg strawberry limonadas they were out then I asked for Baja blast they were out so I got 2drpeppers one with out ice and it was hot which I have never had soda from a fountain come out hot. Anyway then I order 3 tacos supreme and asked for 9mild sauce so we get out food and there was no sauce in the bag so I knocked on the window and the lady took the 2orders behind before opening the window and handing me 3sauce and I said can I get 6 more and she was like only 1 per taco I spent 16.58 so I didn't argue I just went to the lobby and got what I needed. Place needs new management. I can never get a Baja blast. Maybe less tweakers would help but then you would have to pay more right taco bell corporate... also the fact that she knew exactly what I was waiting on and really had us wait was very upsetting because when I got to the speaker and there was no one in line she had us wait at least 10 mins to I guess make peoplee food that weren't even there.

I spent over $25 for my daughter to have lunch and my taco shells are ice cold and I was told the shells are keep a warmer and why they are cold is due to the sour cream so staff wanted to do was have argument. The entire shells was cold so I guess this is the way you put out your food
