Pointless to do a mobile order for the drive through; as they will proceed to take multiple orders from the other lane before they check you in. We had to drive up without being greeted because we were about to witness a third car get their order taken while we waited at the mobile lane speaker.

If you love long lines in the drive through and you are not much of a meat fancier then this is your place! You can wait in a log auto line long enough to play a game or two and when you get your order be sure it only has 1/4 tsp of meat.........if more than that then a mistake has been made.

The drive-thru sign was broken, as it's a digital sign so I went inside to order since I would like to know the menu. Haven't been in the store since the remodeling as I don't eat there as often as I used to pre-covid since they got rid of most my favorite items. There is no menu display inside and all orders are done by a kiosk now! That's terrible customer service to do that erasing the human aspect of ordering your meal. Too much focus on digital app stuff and not a very welcoming atmosphere anymore. What is the point of ordering on as kiosk if your paying cash anyway. The kiosk focus isn't very welcoming and can be confusing. Now I remember why I quit eating there. The store was dirty inside as you can see where they prepare your food and it was a mess as well as the drink station. Should have just went to los portales next door and got a better experience for the same price.
I put an order in online. I got here to find 15 cars in line, so I went inside where there were 5 workers sitting down eating. Guests were trying to make orders, but the tablets were not working. The workers said if it didn't work, too bad. At the same time, a girl got this guy's DoorDash orders, and she was so rude to him.

The food here is hit or miss, but I don’t recommend getting any type of burrito because they don’t even grill the flower tortilla and feels like it was just pulled out of the packaging. Not a fan of the service here either which contributes to the horrible atmosphere. Horrible Taco Bell location I would at least give Taco Bell that I’ve been to a three star rating, but it’s tough just giving this review two.

Order incorrect. Removed creamy jalapeño sauce from food and paid extra for avocado ranch to be added to my food, but it wasn't.

went through drive-thru, VERY rude and incompetent lady. had to go inside and get the rest of my order and the lady snarkily dropped order in my hand. disgusting lobby and even more disgusting employee with a terrible attitude. food was also hard with undercooked or old rice.

Well I think the food is absolutely delicious at taco bell always have. And I don't ever do reviews but I had to on this one because the drive through cashier was not very polite Tonight. A lead shift there needs to train her better. Thank you.

Saw three cars in the parking lot at 1:15 am, yet the same gorgeous goth girl took my order, made my drinks, and made my food. Got my order fast, hot, and not a single mistake. The Baja Blast was delicious, I got all 7 of my nacho cheeses, and she even gave me fire and napkins! Will be coming back at this time for future amazing Taco Bell😩
