“When you want an authentic kolache, you can either book a long flight to Czechoslavakia, or make your way to Jim Thorpe Blvd in Prague, Oklahoma and pick out a dozen or so from some of the nicest people who ever put roller to dough. I wish I could tell you which was better amongst the cherry, apple, and apricot versions, but they were all simply spectacular! I've gotta get back to try the others! Stop here. You won't regret it!“
