“Hey y'all, so after a good review at Wimps and a horrible review for the fish place, we ended our evening with a cup of coffee and I had the gigantic cinnamon roll (and leave it to me) I love sweets. We parked the truck, and the parking lot is big, but at about 730 This Farmhouse kitchen is packed!!! The place is welcoming and pretty clean. As busy as they were, the tables stayed clean. A waitress came immediately and seated us. We just wanted coffee and I saw the cinnamon roll LOL. The cinnamon roll was so light and fluffy. The combination of cinnamon and sugar and butter was perfect as it melted in my mouth. The coffee was rich and dark and so delicious. It was the perfect combo. As we drank our coffee and talked, a waitress came by to let us know it would be a minute as they were busy busy. We really enjoyed the waitresses there. They stopped by to see if we needed refills and anything else as they were running around. They explained they were short handed and they really pulled together to get it done. I saw some of the plates coming out of the kitchen, and had I known about this gem, I would have gone here and not to fish for my birthday dinner with my husband.“
“This place is good. Has been better….for a while the fish wasn’t very good quality. Great service and super friendly people tho. ?. The prices are getting very high some items have more then doubled ? for 4 all you can eat Fish you’ll spend $100 easy and if you have soda maybe a little more. Drinks are $3 each meals $22-$25. CRAZY!! Won’t be back for a long time.“
“A late night stop on our recent road trip took us to J & D Cowtown Steakhouse in Sallisaw AR. We enjoyed a burger, fries, Brussels sprouts, atmosphere, pleasant staff and friendly welcome from the owners. We’d visit there again. We really liked the local flair.“
“Food was a touch greasy but other than that the workers were awesome. There was a lady behind the counter working the register that was so friendly and nice! She definitely is all about the customer service. I dont remember her name but she was working 2/23/24 at noon or twelve thirty. Please give her a raise! She truly deserves it. There was also another young lady working at keeping the ding room clean and the lady, when she had served the customers their food, came out and restocked the condiment table. That young lady that was helping was very friendly too. Thank you for hiring competent employees.“
“We really enjoyed our first visit. I had the fried chicken chunks and they were very flavorful. I also had to try the onion rings after seeing all the pics and they definitely lived up to the hype. Fried okra was also delicious. And it came with texas toast. Portions were great size. Husband had the fried fish and shrimp and he enjoyed it. We also tried the fried pickles and they were delicious if you are a pickle lover. The ranch was delicious. I wanted a raspberry chimichanga for dessert but they were out so I opted for a pineapple upside down cake. It was a delicious pleasant surprise and I loved it! The prices are reasonable and our waitress was very sweet! We will be back! Oh and if you like sweet tea - theirs is sweet and delicious!“
