“Dakota and Diana are such a pleasure to speak with. The frappe with banana ice cream pairs perfectly with the sweetness of the croffle. I had my first one about 2 wks ago. I fell in love. I had to run back and try a different flavor. It was better than the first. The croffles aren't too sweet. They have just the right amount of sweet and salty. The whipped cream, cream cheese, hazelnut drizzle, and slithered almonds are a great combo. I had the Creamella Deville+cream cheese. ❤️😍“

“Regarding the restaurant at OBU, I came all the way from Guangzhou, China to Oklahoma and was impressed by the facilities here. Everyone was very friendly, and although I only stayed for about 10 minutes, I had a great experience. I imagine I might be the first person from Guangzhou to come here, but it's definitely a place worth visiting.“

I thought surely it was gonna be just like Starbucks just a hot cup of coffee but now they said any drink!! I told them I was so thankful if they just made me something delicious I’ll be grateful. “EG is my go-to coffee shop work spot. The staff is super friendly, and I love the selection of teas available. It's so nice to have a local bubble tea and hot tea shop. The cinnamon plum is my favorite afternoon tea if you're looking for something delicious and want to avoid caffeine. Also, they are the only place I've ever been to that gets the balance of the rose and lavender right for the milk teas. (It's tricky to do without it winding up tasting like soap, so definitely a testament to their staff's skills!)“

“Been coming up here a lot more often most times around 5am other times randomly throughout the days.
Every time I've been up here the staff have always been giving vibes and providing a good atmosphere.

“My husband and I went in tonight right before closing the 2 ladies we so incredibly friendly! They helped us try almost every flavor they have. Both were great at recommending different flavors that were similar to the ones we liked. They helped us figure out how it all worked and the different sizes. We purchased 4 gallons and a huge Ryan Palmer! My husband and I left talking about how nice and helpful they were and that we would be back because the customer service was impeccable! I can seriously recommend this store to anyone who loves tea and coffee! Thank you ladies for the wonderful service we will be back again and again I'm sure 😃“

“I’ve been going to the Shawnee Starbucks for years, and I highly recommend it. If you’re traveling on I-40, this is a great Starbucks to stop at. I’ve visited many Starbucks locations on road trips along the East and West Coasts and everywhere in between, and Shawnee’s Starbucks is awesome. Their coffee is always great, the service is fast, and the drinks are delicious. The staff is always sweet, kind, and accommodating to any requests I have for my coffee. They consistently make the drinks perfectly, but on the rare occasions when something is wrong, they fix it without any problem. The store is always clean and cozy as well.“
