“Was out of town and needed coffee. This was the first place I saw so I stopped and prayed to the coffee gods they'd get it right. When I say this team went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted, I mean they did just that. The coffee was amazing and the manager/owner was front and center and when we realized I didn't get what I thought I ordered (totally my fault) she was so attentive and we got it together. Thank you guys sooo much. Next time I'm visiting my family I will intentionally scoot on in and get my coffee from you guys ?“

“The BEST cake donuts you have EVER had. The spinach Danish is to die for. When you order a dozen donuts the beautiful lady always throws in donut holes for each dozen. Her husband is in back making everything fresh. If you go in the morning the donuts are still warm. This place is AMAZING.“

“I ordered a hot coffee and she misheard me and gave me a cold brew and I didn't want to correct her because it just felt awkward to do that and by the time I was done debating to myself whether or not I should say something it was already too late. The cold brew was great though. I also wanted to jump on one of the bikes on the ceiling and pretend like I was in a high speed police chase. 10/10 I forgot to take a picture so here's my cat instead sorry :(“

“I absolutely love haystack coffee I DoorDash it almost every day (I know, sounds expensive) but it gets me where I need to be mentally (thank you double espresso) The maple cinnamon pop tart latte is probably my favorite. The cinnamon rolls are delicious, don’t skip out on that if they have them!“

The ambience is unique where there are spots for family time and also an inside area for adults/kids to meet and have quality time.A very nicely run restaurant with the best and choiciest sno cones and the very friendly servers!! “Came to this wonderful establishment from Blanchard. The dining area is very nice, has plenty of seating for the size. The food was amazing (at least the Philly cheesesteak). The staff were very polite and attentive. I would and will come back again.“

“It was a little strange walking in smelling coffee while ordering a sno cone but heyyy Im here for it lol. The staff greet every customer as they walk in and I especially like that they have someone working the drive thru and someone working the front counter too. The sno cone flavors are really good. My favorite is Tiger's Blood. I havent tried the coffee or cookies but they look and smell good.“

“First time here, met for a meeting, had 2 drinks, husband didn't care for the caramel machiotto, I tried it, caramel part was good just not enough coffee flavor, the strawberry acai with coconut milk was good but not enough flavor. A fly did fly into it but they replaced it free. It was easy to talk in there bathroom was clean“

Never once had a bad experience! I love the little competitions they do that involve interacting/getting pustomers to talk about something specific or a say a certain word. It's so fun. The drinks are always top notch of course. Moving from PNW to the plains, there's no coffee stands like back home but we did have dutch bros so it's also a nice familiarity to have.“

“Chai latte and a white chocolate hot mocha coffee. Oh my gosh they put something in these products to make you want to return for another. Starbucks can be a little pricy but it is always delicious.

Parking: Many people opt for the drive-thru due to its convenience, but the lines can get quite long. Surprisingly, parking, waiting in line inside the restaurant is often slower than going through the drive-thru process. It seems that the drive-thru is a top priority based on my observations. Additionally, the staff working at the drive-thru are consistently friendly. Therefore, I recommend skipping the parking lot and opting to drive-thru instead.“

“So I had the opportunity to eat here twice in the last month. The food is hella expensive, 20 dollars for a bowl of Pho, however, having said that it is so good! I mean like if I had the money I would eat here every day kind of good. My son had the pork vermicelli and he didn't like the noodles but he ate all the pork and it's usually the other way around. We also bought some of their chocolate treats that are in the front right when you walk in. I would recommend anyone to go here at least once to try it, you won't regret it.“

“This Starbucks in the quickest and best in Norman in my opinion. They also have good service. I have accidentally mobile ordered thinking I was ordering at this location and it was actually main and Flood by mistake, when I got here to pick up my drink, this location went ahead and made it for me quickly once I explained what happened. “The employees are so nice and really care about you. The coffee shop is located in the library, that is in the middle of campus, so there is always a line. They get your drinks out in a timely manner and they are good. Great place, they are always adding new things to the menu, it started off a simply coffee and some bagels now they have an assortment of pastries, a bunch of sandwiches salads and even sushi.“

“I’m so happy the old manager quit or got fired. The store was good but it got much better. The new manager, Tara, is so much nicer and more engaged, and the employees seem happier since the change. I’m not sure that Starbucks corporate gets it right every time but they did the right thing this time!“

“I had never drank anything like this & my son wanted to try the tapioca pearls. I walked in & said I have no clue what I’m doing. A sweet, patient girl took our order & was very informative. She said most kids prefer the bubbles (& we learned that but we can say we tried the tapioca). My kids loved their slushes outside of the tapioca pearls & they don’t skimp on them.“

I cannot give a honest review about the atmosphere due to this particular location being basically drive-thru. I got out the car and walked to the bldg as if it were a typical Starbucks and like I usually walk in to order. I was shocked when I walked up to the bldg and realized it’s not your typical Starbucks. You can walk up as if it’s Dutch Bros and order at the window. I’m just accustomed to Starbucks having an indoor area for customers. I’ve never been to a Starbucks like this before. Even the Starbucks in Dallas off of Stemmons Fwy, they have it set up to where the customers can come inside and order. It isn’t a sit down place there either, but at least the customers can come inside away from the outside elements ie rain, heat, and cold.“

“Cool little diner that brings the 50’s and 60’s back up life. Really cool pictures from OU are in a collage on the wall. Worth the trip to see that nostalgia. As an added bonus, the food is great! Reasonable prices and the shakes are fantastic!“
