Somehow we were missed, so in a few minutes they made our order. Unfortunately it was slightly burnt, not a good experience. You have been very good in past so no doubt we’ll try again.“

“I don't normally leave reviews for fast food places, but this Arby's gets a special call out because of the service and quality. The lady taking our order,wish I saw her name, was just amazing. Probably the friendliest and most positive person I have come across in a long time. Not only was she great, but everything we ordered came out perfect.
The inside was crazy big and exceptionally clean. Honestly, not a single bad thing to mention for this location, and I hope more people go there if they are looking for an Arby's!“

“Food was great. Service could be better. Our food set on the counter for almost 5 minutes while the drive through attendant kept taking orders. I understand there were alot of people but they could have another worker handing the food and drinks to the customer.“

“Not only does this place have great food, but they also have great employees and Service. They are absolutely wonderful to their Uber drivers, which is usually why I’m in there. They always offer me something to drink and try to take care of me as if I am one of their own. I highly recommend this place.“

“My 2 biggest problems as a dasher with most Sonics is the Corey's not coming in a bag/sack so your trying to carry extra besides one or two sacks of food and several drinks, and the other is not bringing a drink carrier for 3 or more drinks and the shakees have a domed lid that doesn't stay on.“

“I just like to get my go-to classic fav sometimes, a peanut butter shake, and they make a good one. I'm not sure if it was good enough to have taken 10 minutes to make, though.
I like the larger menu boards & really love the larger parking/ordering spots! Finally, larger vehicles are easily accommodated, & without having to pull the side mirrors in at all, & and you have plenty of room without feeling like you may end up crashing your way in or out, lol. Thank you
Parking: The upgraded parking slots for ordering are much roomier now. Accommodates larger vehicles comfortably.“

“The tacos ? I got were built wrong. The crunchy tacos were crushed or broken and fill was on one side meat and one side veggies. The beefy 5 layer same way. Meat on one side and beans on the other side. Standards were very low in this store. The low meat amount. Disappointing.“

“I recommend nothing about this chicken express in Shawnee. This is the worst place in the world to eat. I was there the other day. The manager was busy trying to yell and scream. Add 1 of her employees and I wouldn't eat there ever again for no reason. Because I challenge the manager on what she was doing. And she literally told me get out none of my business. Never eat there again You do not yell at an employee out in the public and try to degrade them. You do that imprivant“

“We just ordered via drive through. The service was timely and Jason at the window was on point with making sure to provide our requested sauces, chopsticks, and drinks. Aloe provided our food, also making sure we had our sauces and chopsticks. Great service! 👍“

“I was asked if I'd recommend KFC yes. But today I ordered a 10 piece thigh n drumstick bucket and received 8 and also a 2 breast and wing and got one breast but didn't know until I got home 25 miles later. and when I went to pay they tried changing me 4 dollars more than it actually was. normally this KFC is okay but today they sucked.“

“Pizza always tastes amazing and even when our order was accidentally wrong, it was fixed immediately with kind apologies and offered a free dessert as well. Customer service is great! We will keep coming back!“
