Steak surf and turf smelled bad and steak had no flavor. Salmon had no flavor. Baked potato was about 6 bites but turns out it was old. Tasted like made yesterday. Brussels sprouts looked and smelled like they were thrown up. Service was slow slow very disappointing for the price.
Whoever is the manager at the Shawnee, Oklahoma location for red lobster might want to have a conversation with his or her staff. My wife and I came in last night at around 8 PM. Plenty of time before closing. The restaurant was fairly empty, I was only able to notice about six or seven other Customers dining in at the time. Party of two on 05/03/24 at 4:45pm…stood every bit of 5 minutes for a hostess to even notice we were waiting at the front. No line, no one else waiting, only a handful of patrons. Finally seated and waited a good amount of time for drinks and place order.
