Caught a coupon deal which made it an even sweater purchase. Can't speak to the atmosphere, I did pick up.

No hassle, in and out. Got home, food was still hot and ready and that was after a 25 minute drive.

“I saw this place when taking my dog to dog park. I'm glad I did. The food was so down home. The potato salad reminded me how my mom made hers. Loved the baked beans.Never had smoked bologna before. So much flavor. Reminded me of fried bologna. Brisket yum. I love when meat is so tender and flavorful you don't need to add bbq sauce. This will be a to go every time I'm in town.“

“Very nice appearance inside and out. I loved that they had old Westerns showing on screens around the room. I always get fried okra when it's on the menu; the fried okra here was the best I've ever had. Bonus points from this Texas Aggie for a picture of OSU @ A&M hanging in the hallway. Can't wait to go back.“

“Overall good bbq. We went here with a big group on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was not full which was great for us! I loved how everyone went through the line and paid for themselves. I got the sliced brisket with two sides - baked beans and mac. The baked beans were DELICIOUS! They were not spicy or overly sweet. The mac was overall good but was a bit too peppery. The brisket was a tad dry but had some decent flavor. I also got some bologna to go for later.
The staff was pleasant and very helpful.“

“We had two generously sized sandwiches with a basket of hand cut fries. We weren't disappointed. The meats were perfectly cooked, moist, and tender. The fries are very good.

Vegetarian options: I didn't think about it at the time, but they had a three sides special that could easily make a vegetarian meal.“

“The husband and I went out for a date night. We haven't been to the Stilly Texas Roadhouse for at least a year or more. We will be back for sure. The wait was very minimal, even on a Friday with no prior reservation. The staff were all extremely nice. The food was hot and delicious. The drinks from the bar didn't take long at all. By far, the fastest service in a while and on point. The place was packed, by the way. We're definitely going back soon.“

““My wife and I went to Freddie Paul’s steakhouse last night as we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. We found the best reviews for Freddie Paul’s so we took a chance and man we were surprised and thrilled to be there! Our waiter was a young OSU student and he was super! Our food was delivered quickly and then the taste buds starting going crazy! I ordered the fried shrimp which were huge!! And scrumptious. I also had the garlic mashed potatoes and a dish of asparagus. The entire experience was fantastic. Best food I’ve had in a restaurant in a long time!! My bride loved her food also. Great food!!! “I just wanted to come here and leave review so Brandi can get all the recognization she deserves.I work at Time to Shine, we get drinks from you guys. And she is always always so nice to us when we come over. Always has a smile on her face, no matter what.She is usually the very first to greet us, and ask what drinks we would like.There was another young lady who watched us walk in, and she proceeded to look at us but no greet us or anything. So brandi showed up after dropping off food to tables she came straight to us.A customer walks in while we are still waiting and she proceeds to then finally walk up go the young man and ask if he is dining in or picking up. But yet she did not help us, just the young man after us.Brandi deserves an absolute raise!“
