There was a total of 4 employees “clocked in” and the only one working (window & packaging food) was the woman. She took our order & packaged our food while 3 men stood in the back talking and on their phones!!! One even came outside to look at the drive-thru line and did NOTHING to help the woman at the window! Just stood in the back with the door WIDE open for all customers to see! Haven’t been since the 3 times I tried them the first month they was open and all 3 were bad experiences. Heard had new manager and was much better so I gave them another try today. Ordered tender golden meal with fries. Got all way home and there was no fries or any other side so all I had was 3 tenders and a roll 😡
Increasing your prices at every location due to some locations not meeting numbers does not bring in customers (to any location). It drives them away. I like the chicken, but it is too expensive now. I will be going other places for awhile.
