“I grew up going to this Sonic, the very FIRST Sonic Drive-In BTW. I even lived across the street from it (in the pink house that is, sadly, no longer there) for awhile! The food is always made after you have pressed the red button and placed your order. It usually doesn’t take too long, thus the name “Sonic”. Now; you don’t go to Sonic for health food, so - you know. But I love this place for its onion rings, and my favorite burger is with tomato, lettuce, pickles, and MUSTARD! The tots are awesome, and you won’t find a better Cherry-Limeaid anywhere. Get the Route 44 size happy hour during the day; it saves big bucks, but so does the app. Try this place once in your lifetime if you can. It’s a tradition, and a classic. ❤️“
“We always order ahead with the app and just check in when we get there... It makes everything easy, and all the perks and stuff with the app help us save money so that we can stop by more often.The best location in Stillwater by our experiences, we have been coming to this location more and more as we got fed up with the others... We have less issues on average here than at the other 2 locations in town so we make a point of driving out here to this one when we can. I wish they had more car hops working, but we don't usually have to wait too long. At least here when I order something like a cherry limeade it will actually come with both the lime and the cherry in it like it is supposed to and when I order extra cherries they haven't forgotten them yet. We have started coming here a lot more as places that used to be cheap for value menu stuff like McDonald's and Wendy's are now getting ridiculously overpriced to the point that it doesn't cost much more (or is less if you do the half priced burgers on Tuesday's and half priced drinks through the app) to just come here and the food is better...“
