Absolutely horrendous service, management is rude and the drive-thru lady lied to our face and made us wait in the drive thru line after waiting for 30 min the first time. Spent 1 hour waiting in line to recieve zero food. The people that work here are lazy and incompetent. I would give zero stars if I could and now I have to deal with disputing this order with taco bell for not receiving my food. Unbelievable, do not go to this taco bell unless you're wanting to waste your time.
Would never willingly go to this store. Tried ordering in the app for the Perkins location and I guess it auto selected this one. By the time I got there, my food was room temperature as they don’t use heat lamps to keep your food warm. The “lobby” was empty with no employees in sight and my Baja blast was out of syrup and there is no fountain in the lobby so I coundnt get a replacement drink unless I wanted to wait for an employee to come back to the front. Every time I come here I get the $5 luxe box and every single without fail I have to either come back through for the cinnamon twist or tell the person at the window that I didn’t get them. Every time, without fail, they forget to give them to me. It’s never anything else, just that specific item. I don’t understand.

Taco Bell offers food that is pretty good, with good amounts of whatever you order so you get your money worth. The service is quick and staff are nice, though nothing special stands out. Inside is small with a couple places to sit. A reviewer noted low syrup on sodas, especially Baja ZERO, and that the drink tastes mostly like carbonated water. Despite this, the food and service are average. One visitor had a large order and saw no mess up. During peak lunch a minute wait was expected, but the food arrived in a reasonable time, impressing a customer with the smaller crew and building.
