“We take a trip to the casino to cool off and play some slots and tables. I came on my birthday a few weekends ago and had Lavender assistant me in getting a new card and walked me to my machine to show me how it worked. I know it might be her "job" or not I don't know but her service was super professional and happy. She really left a great impression on service!! Her energy was ecstatic and loved her job. I don't see that enough in casinos!“

“So as we were walking in we talked to a host about things going on and what was good at the Cafe (almost lunch time). He was very courteous, talking to my nephews and explaining things not to miss. When we did have lunch the staff explained the different plates and things that would be good to share.All in all the whole Cultural Center was an incredible experience.“
