Springs at the Artesian is a classy yet family-friendly restaurant with excellent service. The meatloaf with mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts is delicious, especially the Brussels. The fried zucchini appetizer is a standout, while some found the porkchop and mac and cheese lacking. The spinach salad and blackened salmon come highly recommended. The atmosphere is just right for a great dining experience. The chips & queso and spinach & artichoke dip are must-tries, along with their variety of salads.
