“Found this place on Hwy OK-10 northeast of Tahlequah, I'm sure it's a favorite with the locals, probably gonna be a regular stop for me whenever I'm traversing between Tahlequah & Stilwell......their smoked sliced brisket is off the chart delicious and if you want just a 'tad' o spice, you gotta try their Tahlequah Twinkies. If you're not careful, you'll leave their place looking like Templeton after an evening at the fair ?”

“Dayten was our waiter and he was exceptional. It was a prime time visit, he was swamped, and we had a special food request. He made certain it was met, drinks always refilled, offers for to-go drinks etc. He was beginning to end awesome. He was friendly to all tables around us, not just ours. He conversed with us like we were his only guests even though he was pressed for time. Before leaving we let the manager Jennifer know that he did a fantastic job. She too worked to make sure everyone was taken care of and our substitution on the meal was accurate. Good job Chili's in Tahlequah.”

“Salsa is fantastic...has heat at the end without being overpowering. Wife loved the green salsa. Got a variety of street tacos (asada, El pastor, pollo, papas chorizo) and every one was full of flavor. Service was great too. For sure a local hidden gem...will be back next time we are in town.”

“We dropped in as a party of 5 ten minutes before closing ?, but the owners were incredibly generous and accommodating! We all decided on the pulled pork sandwich which did not disappoint! Juicy and flavorful to the last bite. And get the onion rings! ? So good. All in all, a wonderful experience.”

“Presley's burgers are the best in the country! I love a good burger & I travel a lot so I'm always on the lookout for a good burger. Nothing comes anywhere close to their bacon cheeseburger burgers! I'm living in a big city in NE Indiana & have been searching for a comparable burger for 2 years now & haven't found one yet. Sigh... But I'm visiting Talequah next week & bringing my boyfriend so he can see what I've been bragging about! Oh, & their onion straws are great!”

“It's a bit odd with the phone ordering, and maybe slightly unhygienic, but the food is great! The staff are prompt and friendly, so that's a nice change of pace when compared to a bigger city.

“Best catfish dinner I have had in quite awhile. The grilled catfish was very mild and all white meat no mud vein just a great taste.\nThe side dishes were as equally awesome, brown beans and the side salad was spot on. Hush puppies were a little cold and hard! But with a little lemon ,butter and the bean juice they were also very good. This restaurant is a must to eat at when you are in Tahlequah .......”

“I seriously wanted to give this place 4 stars, but I couldn't find a reason to.
Good food. Produce is fresh. Great variety of ice cream (recommending the cappuccino flavor). And the staff actually seem like the are happy to see you 😊

Parking: Look at the store as you approach.
If there's a long drive thru line, go on. If you are fortunate to find a place to park... you might get blocked in by the drive thru traffic.”

“This little Mexican restaurant surprised me. I really wasn’t expecting the food to be this good. It was fabulous. My wife had the Enchiladas Verde. Three big corn tortillas filled with seasoned chicken, smothered with freshly made green sauce, and as an extra touch, covered with grilled onion, cilantro and a generous sprinkle of cotija cheese. A tasty plate of fancy enchiladas, not typical of small town OkieMex joints. My Torta was remarkable. I am sticking firm to this assessment…It was the best that I have ever had!! A fresh soft bolillo, mayo, lettuce, tomato, jalapeno, cheese and a little avocado. I got the two meat Torta. Tender flavorful barbacoa and carnitas prepared properly with a nice crispy fried finish. An excellent sandwich. The sandwich was wrapped up tightly in paper, holding the loaded hand meal together until I pealed it back. I devoured the sandwich.
Great service, clean comfortable restaurant. Impressive food. Another great option in Tahlequah.

“Surprised dad and mom with a trip to Tahlequah today for fried chicken livers. I called the Chicken Express there before we left, because it's an hour's drive to get there, and they assured me that they had plenty of livers. I made sure they knew we were driving an HOUR to get there, and they said yes, come! So, off we went. Only to find out, after placing our order, that the livers they had on hand were 'bad' and it would be three hours before they had a batch ready. Thankfully, I found Charlie's Chicken online, just down the road, and we had the BEST fried livers around! They will get our business from now on, for sure. Super-friendly staff and hot, fresh food...they saved the day!”

“Vegetarian options: I always do "pick up" and always get the vegetarian pizza with pineapple. My pizza is ready for pick up 20 minutes and it's always delicious. It has become a Friday evening ritual for me.”

“It’s good food. I love their salads. The bbq is average. It’s not bad, but it’s not amazing. They are a chain that has to appeal to all and they do a good job of consistency in what they deliver as meal choices. The staff is always great and super friendly. The place is always clean when I’ve visited and I have never had a problem with an order.”

“I walked into Whataburger, and it was packed. Suddenly, a girl named Akaida, wearing a cape made of Whataburger wrappers, swooped in like a superhero. She jumped over the counter, dodging fry baskets and soda fountains, and landed right in front of me. "Fear not, hungry traveler! I am here to assist!" she declared. Akaida took my order at lightning speed, then headed to the kitchen. She flipped burgers with one hand and poured drinks with the other, all while cracking jokes that had everyone in stitches. Finally, she presented my meal on a silver platter (where she got it, no one knows) and bowed, saying, "Your feast is ready, my friend. Enjoy!" I took a bite, and it was the best burger I’ve ever had!! Akaida isn’t just an Whataburger employee; she is a Tahlequah legend. 10/10 would recommend if your tummy is growling. Fries are a must!”

“We have driven by this place many, many times but never stopped. Finally did.

Very surprised by the visit. Chicken strips were good. We preferred the spicy. This is one of the few places that still have gizzard too.

Staff was fantastic, helpful, and did a great job. Will return!”
