“Dayten was our waiter and he was exceptional. It was a prime time visit, he was swamped, and we had a special food request. He made certain it was met, drinks always refilled, offers for to-go drinks etc. He was beginning to end awesome. He was friendly to all tables around us, not just ours. He conversed with us like we were his only guests even though he was pressed for time. Before leaving we let the manager Jennifer know that he did a fantastic job. She too worked to make sure everyone was taken care of and our substitution on the meal was accurate. Good job Chili's in Tahlequah.“

“was in a hurry & ran thru drive thru. ordered 10 tacos was given 2, no biggie so i went inside to order the remainder. i waited 10 mins just to get to my car and find i was given 8 burritos ?‍♀️ i didn’t have time to go back inside a second time so i threw away $25 worth of burritos. two younger people were running the counters but the blame doesn’t fall on them because they were working with no manager in sight to teach them to repeat orders or check receipts.“
