“I always order the rose tteokbokki off doordash and coming here for the first time was such a lovely experience! Loved to try the kook soon dang drink and free popcorn (as it’s served instead of bread in steakhouses) love the atmosphere and would definitely recommend. The wait to eat was only a half hour but it’s located in a good walking spot.“

“Delicious meal on a beautiful evening. The patio with heater was perfect for a double date night. We started with some great cocktails and queso fundido for a starter. The stacked enchiladas and both the halibut and sea bass are “can't miss” items. This is one of our favorite spots in the Paseo district and we will definitely bring friends back again!“

“I truly found nothing to complain about this evening. I tried! At first, the non-spicy foods had a little too much heat for my taste buds. But as the meal went on, I couldn't get enough.Owner Ivan really has some special here -- attention to unique recipes with fresh ingredients. Taiwanese meat dishes with a hint of spice and the most outstanding sauces. Try the shrimp dumplings or meatballs. They have a great creamy house salad dressing and several vegetarian dishes for the non-meat enthusiasts.Vibe is lively yet noisy. Can accommodate big crowds with multiple tables. EXTRAORDINARY LATE NIGHT DINING SPOT.“

“If you are looking for authentic Vietnamese food, Riviere Modern Banh Mi will be the place for you. The pho and spring rolls we ordered were delicious. It was my first time there, but my friend went there in two consecutive days. He said to me that he would go and eat there again!“

“Katz is one of those neighborhood bars that's off the beaten path but well worth the stop! The staff is friendly, plenty of room to relax and catch a drink with friends. Outdoor patio to smoke on with a tv to watch the games. Karoke nights are a blast and you'll probably get the whole room singing. Great place with a good crowd, who can't love a good bar with a pool table, darts and friendly people.“

“Most restaurants follow the same basic script — liturgy, if you will. You go in, and a cheerful hostess (who immediately forgets you) shepherds you to a table where an unhappy college student gives you water. Another unhappy college student (friendlier, since they're bobbing for that tip money) comes to you to relay your choices about food to the kitchen, and, after about 15 minutes, delivers a plate to you containing items that, for most of us, we could have made better, and more cheaply, at home. Then you surrender your credit card to the college student, grumble about the bill, and go home more or less satisfied, often less. This Whiskey Cake location interrupts that script. Everyone — the hostess, the waitstaff, the randos who were vaguely connected with the restaurant in some way hanging out by the tablet in the corner, and especially our server, Mallory — were warm and genuinely friendly (or at least, so good at faking it as made no difference). The food was inventive and extraordinarily well-done. My wife still talks about their potato chips, and it's been almost a week. And, most importantly, the staff were great all the way up to the point we left. They don't do that at Red Robin — there, you're chopped liver as soon as the balance on your check is paid.Dale Carnegie once said that what you DO with people is nowhere near as important as how you make them FEEL. They get that here. It's a great experience.“

“Really fabulous menu filled with many familiar dishes, but with a Spanish/Latino cuisine that highlight special and unique blends. Shrimp and Grits- my personal favorite- was outstanding but with a poached egg addition that was better served on the side (made the grits way to firm and detracted from the overall flavor). Drink selections were diverse and satisfying. Love the mocha and non- alcohol options. Prices were very reasonable.Parking: Busy midday Sunday left fewer on street available spots to be expected on higher foot-traffic days.“

“Our waitress Grace , was the best waitress we have had so far, she made sure we had everything that we ordered and kept on top of things ,100% would definitely ask for her to be our waitress next time we come inKid-friendliness: Was super accommodating with our children even asking if we needed kids menú or a highchair for our toddler.“

“We had a huge party come in last minute (we estimated 9, it ended up being closer to 16). Our bartender and server, Tatiana, was absolutely amazing and accommodating. It was clear the restaurant was extremely short staffed and she did the best she could to make sure we were all taken care of. She was making drinks, taking orders, delivering food, not just to our table, but to most of the other tables at the restaurant as well. I don't know where the rest of the staff was, as we could see them around, but Tatiana was definitely running the show on her own. We had a member of our party (that we didn't know but just had been invited out of politeness) that started being rude and passive aggressive to Tatiana over an onion allergy (that the kitchen went completely out of their way to accommodate. Who asks for an onion allergy at a burger place??). Tatiana handled his complaint extremely professionally before our table kicked him out and told him to leave. We made sure we took care of her at the end of the night. She needs a raise, a promotion, whatever. I'm a manager and have been in the service industry for over 10 years and this young lady belongs in the service industry. She's polite, friendly, professional. I'd come back just for her.“

“This place is incredible! Nestled in a 3-story historical Edmond home, the atmosphere is beer, tradition, and music. The old wooden floors are a treasure. The 48 beers on tap offer something everyone can enjoy. There are 3 floors of seating, and I haven't even mentioned the backyard yet! Picnic tables, garden lights, stage, fire pits, corn hole, additional lawn games-its amazing! Even when the weather is chilly! There's a great assortment of live music inside and out at this establishment. They also have food available, which I haven't tried, but will definitely one day. I love this place!!“

“Loved the food! I tried a few things and the jicama roasted beet salad and the creme brulee were the highlights!!! Absolutely topnotch and super memorable!!Vegetarian options: I follow a vegetarian diet and the menu has clearly labeled vegetarian options (about 5-7 dishes). Also, a couple of selections are vegan. I really wanted to try their hummus, but it was unavailable when I visited, but I reckon it might be amazing as all the other things I tried.“

“First time eating at "The Mule" OKC, and it definitely will not be my last! I had the "Angry Texan" with Onion Rings as my side, and Wow! Super fresh ingredients, juicy braised beef, bacon, and a lot of love in that sandwich!!! Amazing service, staff, and decor within! The seating was great, the atmosphere was a 10, and I will definitely return to try more offerings from the menu!!“

“It's been awhile for me to come back to Rococo after they moved locations but glad I did. Good food and good service for my visit. I think I will come back for fish and chips with drinks later. The environment is more of a bar type of restaurant with some good seating for meals. Not fancy when your staff is wearing jeans.“

“Very clean place. Not over crowded and super clean tables and modern setting. You can see the cooks making your food. Food is made quick. After we ordered and set down, the food was delivered to us in less than 10 mins. The food is hot and fresh. I got the fried cat fish combo-6 piece cat fish and two sides. I choose hush puppies & okra. I also tried the seasoned fries smothered with cheese and they were fire! My only complaint was, there were only 3 hush puppies but tons of okra. Next time I'll order my two sides as hush puppies. Also they need to have vinegar as one of the condiments. But their tarter sauce is very good! The price is great for all the fresh, fast, hot food I got. Only $8.99 for the combo basket.Parking: The place is small in the corner so there isn't a lot of places to park, but the two times I went there was always a spot to park in the front. When I dined in once, about 5 people came in for takeout orders and 4 groups were dine in.Kid-friendliness: I think it's kid friendly because the food is fast.“

“When I was talking with my friend, a server was consistently checking in periodically to see if we needed a refill on our drinks. It felt amazing because it always felt like she came at the perfect time. Even if we say no at one time she would still return appropriately. Long story short I loved the attentiveness which makes a friendly environment. THANK YOU EMMY!!!Vegetarian options: They always have the Mona Lisa which is a great tasting Vegetarian option. And if you order it with no cheese it then becomes an excellent Vegan option“

“I tend to never do reviews but our server Maddy was extraordinary. She was attentive to the whole table. We stopped by for social hour and her recommendations were wonderful which was the spicy new yorker (like a margarita) and my husband got an old fabsion the lemon one. We sat out on the patio! Enjoyed our time looking forward towards our next visit, hopefully we can get Maddy to serve us again!“
“Newer Bar to OKC. Very chill upstairs area. Great selection of music and the cocktails are quite delicious. No food, but you can bring outside food in. The only 2 complaints that I would have was 1) there wasn't a lot of air circulation up there and it got warm/stuffy as more people came upstairs. 2) The draft beer (while local and great flavor) wasn't very Cold“

“We recently revisited this place a few days ago, and we were not disappointed. It was a nice day, so they had the back wall completely opened up and a nice breeze was blowing through. The food we had was great. We shared the dip combo (And Dips) with garlic aioli, pimento dip and queso with chips and waffle fries. The Block Crunch Wrap: was amazing, great texture and taste! The Chicken Sandwich: was great as well, I had them hold the veggies, but it still had great flavor and good breading. Eight Wings:, with the spicy cajun rub, these things are huge! Side Salad, with the House Dressing, is a spicy french type of dressing. It is also a great serving size, probably sharable. If you're ever in the area stop by and check them out!“

“Wow! We spent one-and-a-half hours trying to decide on a restaurant and came here. It was far more than a dinner, it was an experience! Trevell is a fantastic server and knows his menu. He helped me decide on the Catalan Chicken, which has a divine pesto sauce, and a Vanilla Sky on the rocks - such a tasty treat.Dessert was fabulous as well, a Tuxedo with a light and delightful chocolate mousse and a sizable almond baklava! The presentation of the food was especially fine and the service impeccable. I highly recommend this place for a special night out, or date night. I will be visiting again very soon.“

“Love this place, great spot for a meeting or just a night out. Last night however, we had a bartender who seemed to be bothered whenever we needed a drink or cigar. Her name was Summer, had a very rude domeanor. She made the atmosphere somewhat uncomfortable in the sense that we didnt want to ask for another drink. Our plans were to be there for a while, have a few drinks and hangout. Once my cigar was out, we decided to leave. In my honest opinion, she should not be working here, or any service industry. Aside from that, the owner is awesome and from what I've seen, so is the rest of the staff... with the exception of Summer.“

“I always love this place.Parking: I always end up having to park a block away in a residential area to get here, because the parking on 23rd is bad anyway...Kid-friendliness: I took my toddler with us once and they were so sweet. “I was traveling for work and stayed the night at a hotel. This was a short walk from my hotel, and a co-worker recommended it. Never even heard of it before. But Culprits delivered! Food was fantastic. Atmosphere was great, and my server was caring and attentive. I narrowed down my choice to (pasta + seafood), and asked my server what he recommended. The halibut (topped with veggies) and pasta was fabulous. Halibut was hearty and delicious, with a nice char on the top. Angel hair (or similar to angel hair) pasta was perfectly cooked seasoned with sauces, clean and delightful. These were the selling points and they definitely exceeded my expectations. But what elevated it for me were the veggies, which topped the hidden halibut treasure. Can’t remember all the veggies… but it had asparagus, artichokes, tomatoes, etc, and the way they were cooked were super fresh and delicious. Would definitely go again!“

“This was, by far, one of the best experiences I've had at a restaurant. Our server was Beth, who was so pleasant to speak with! She had a great sense of humor and provided us with a refreshing and positive attitude. Beth was very knowledgeable about the menu and checked on us enough to where we didn't feel crowded or undervalued. The restaurant's atmosphere itself is gorgeous and serine. Great for a family meal, or even a date night with your partner! The staff was incredibly friendly, and this was definitely an unforgettable experience. The food was amazing, and I highly recommend saving room for dessert!Huge thanks to the entire staff! ??“

“They don't normally sell food but on this day there was a special event. They had their second annual crawfish boil and they were delicious and plentiful. They have other nights where a local restaurant will be offering food. The stage is nice and high so everybody can see the band. They often offer reserve seating at a minimal cost. The restrooms are clean and attractive. There is covered patio seating in back. They have great bands at reasonable prices.“

“first off by this may be considered a dive bar the service and the food is out of this world. Make sure you have your big boy pants on when you eat the green chili Verde. It is out of this world, but has a little bit of heat. Hannah the bartender is awesome! #eatlocal #lowcountrycajun“
“My bestie and I went here last Friday after trying a new to us Mexican restaurant (Monterey Jacks, which was so delicious, with great service and atmosphere). I moved to MWC mid November and had been wanting to go into Da Bomb ever since. First of all, they allow dogs. Love it. Also, they have a house cat that lives there. Love it. Lisa, our bartender was super cool and sweet and we had great conversation with her. It wasn't super busy, because we were there kinda mid-day on a Friday. We'll be back!“

“We decided to have lunch here on a Friday afternoon and there was no wait time at all. Keep in mind that you have to order food before finding a table. I think the best seats were outside by the canal on the upper deck. I got a burrito with carne asada, and it was pretty good! Their menu included a fusion style menu with a lot of Tex-Mex picks. Service was pretty good, and we got our food with a very small wait time. Parking can be a bit difficult during the rush hour, so be prepared for a nice walk down the canal to get here.“

“We just ate at Sparrow for the first time. Everything about our experience was spectacular. The immediate feel is that of a fine dining, elegant restaurant. We were early arrivers, but were greeted by a young man named, Jarod. He was personable and friendly. He took care of us for the evening and did an amazing job. We were also visited by the manager Lexi, who was equally as pleasant and welcoming. Our food arrived promptly and exceeded our expectations ! We highly recommend Sparrow!“
“Smoke filled. Didn't stay. Four star if looking for a true S OKC dive bar. Hipsters need not apply. This is a merican joint. Working class. Came here for the free poker tournament (RX Poker on FB, who btw run fun and free poker tournaments)“
“Pretty solid dive bar. It IS smoking, but it doesn't entirely reek of smoke. Darts are fun, bartenders are friendly. It's low-key on an average weeknight, but can get crowded on the weekends. For some reason the last three or so times I've been some random patron gets too drunk and gets in a fight, but the staff always handle it professionally without too much of a scene. Can't say if they have quality cocktails, but well drinks and beers are nice. They have a jukebox which is also always a good time. Recommend, but not if you're looking for something calm on a weekend or can't handle a little smoke. Interested to see how they expand next door.“
