“One thing about Ichiban is that it's going to hit EVERY SINGLE TIME. I order to go often to work when I want something light, fresh, and delicious. The poke bowls are highly customizable and are perfect every time. I don't know why I took so long to write a review. “Wide open space that welcomes you as soon as you step Inside. The beer selection is always quality. Good lagers, ipa and stouts and all in between. Favorite for us with friends is the small space with the big picture window to the brewery. Patio is great also with evening fire pits, grab some beers. Food from a truck or the parlor. Jake has done this one right. .“

“The brewer Ross and bartender Tobi were as welcoming, knowledgeable and passionate as anyone could ever hope - and that is just the start. The craft brews are spectacularly interesting and somehow at the same time there was something to please every palette.

Best of all, our gluten intolerant bellies tolerated ALL of them and trust us, we spent a long time there trying everything and none of us reacted at all!!! We are all very gluten sensitive and feel safe saying Angry Scotsman Brewing does a comprehensive and impressively crafted variety of very safely gluten reduced beers.

They shared their passion for the community and hosting events, creating a cheerful environment for all to enjoy and their love of family and OKC. We received a wealth of information regarding the local food scene, how to support local businesses and what exciting events OKC hosts throughout the year.

We came for the NCAA Women’s College World Series and will be coming back down from New England for the local hospitality and events as well as our support of athletics!

“Apparently when you follow BOTH very specific links to book a table for TJ Apres, you are not actually booking that, but they won't tell you that until the day of when you have 8 people expected to be there for your husband's birthday, and they are fully booked.“

“I can’t say enough good things about this place! I actually called in an order thinking I was calling a different pizza shop much closer to my house—but they’re 25 minutes away. Instead of canceling or complaining, they went out of their way to deliver anyway. The delivery driver was friendly and right on time, despite the extra distance. The food itself was excellent— still hot, fresh, and delicious. The calzone had a great crust with just the right amount of toppings, and the salad and grinder we ordered were perfect too. It’s rare to find service this accommodating these days. They turned what could have been an awkward situation into a really positive experience. I’ll absolutely be ordering from them again (on purpose this time !) for pickup. Highly recommended for both the quality of the food and the outstanding customer service!“

We stopped while traveling and enjoyed an Americano, Cortado, Lavender lemonade, Lox Toast, Croque Monsieur, and Yogurt parfait. Then picked up a Nitro for the road. Quality was as good as any of the best independent cafes I’ve been to. If we lived in OKC this would be our coffee shop!“

“It is super cute in there. The workers are super friendly and the service was quick! They have many options to choose from, and my açaí bowl turned out delicious! I got the açaí base, with strawberries, bananas, almonds, granola, and Nutella! It was fairly priced, and it was super filling. Will 100% be returning again, and telling other people!“

“Sunday mid morning, the line was long which usually means its good! The wait wasn't bad though. There was plenty of seating available. Tres leches latte was perfect! The bacon egg and cheese 'pop' tart was a tasty side to my coffee. Large menu as well featuring juices, cocktail coffees, tots, seasonal coffees and more!“

“Lively Beer Works has an awesome atmosphere and ended up being the perfect stop during our Fourth of July travels. We were visiting from out of town and appreciated that they were one of the few breweries open that day—it gave us a chance to relax and enjoy a drink while exploring OKC!

They have a solid variety of beer (my husband was especially impressed with the IPA selection), and I loved that they also offer unique options for non-beer drinkers. My brother and I tried the blue raspberry slush with a shot of sake—super fun and definitely not something you see every day at a brewery!

My young son had a great time too thanks to the wide selection of games available. It made for a laid-back, family-friendly vibe that we really appreciated.

We also loved checking out their merch—some really cool shirt designs, though we were a little bummed there weren’t many sizes in stock at the time. Still, we happily grabbed a sticker for our collection—the Cowboy Cold design is a great addition!

The vibe is welcoming, the beer selection is great, and the atmosphere is just right for both adults and kids. I tried the Blackberry Blossom and it quickly became a new favorite—delicious and refreshing! The space itself is cozy but offers both indoor and outdoor seating, which gave us the flexibility to find the perfect spot to relax. One of my favorite features was the sweet little room under the stairs filled with kids' books—it’s such a thoughtful touch for families. They also had fun branded merch, including hats and even some items for kids (perfect for beer-loving parents looking for a souvenir). Plus, we scored a few free stickers to add to our growing collection! We also enjoyed the pizza place right next door and loved that there’s a playground just outside—it made for the perfect, low-key afternoon with something for everyone.
