I'm a major foodie. That said.... After my 1st visit yesterday I will be back many times. Greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Sat at the bar for happy hour. Had drinks very fast. The $4 martini is as good as you'll find in Tulsa. I decided to change from that to old fashioned. OMG..... Abby behind the bar made me the very best old fashioned I've ever had. Bird & Bottle offers a variety of delicious drinks and food, including $4 martinis with blue cheese olives and tasty flatbreads like duck sausage and barbecue chicken with crumbled bleu cheese. The shrimp cocktail and crab cakes are good choices too. The bread pudding and cheesecake desserts are quite delicious. Despite the upscale atmosphere, the restaurant provides excellent service and a surprisingly great dining experience.
The menu features seasonal items, including the chef's choice steam buns, which were a chicken tinga. Customers have enjoyed dishes like the salmon with crab risotto, brick chicken, and a chicken sandwich. The $4 martinis, available in gin or vodka with olive, lime twist, or blue cheese-filled olives, are a popular draw.
The restaurant has an outside covered patio and a minimal, brick-accented interior that can get loud when busy. Reservations are recommended, especially on weeknights, as the restaurant tends to be busy. Service is consistently praised as great, with attentive staff. Guests have also appreciated the friendly hospitality and the bartenders who create inventive cocktails, making each visit memorable. Overall, Bird & Bottle is a hidden gem worth visiting for its fantastic food, drinks, and atmosphere.
