I wish I would have caught the name of the employee who was working the 1st window last Tuesday (the 5th) night. I was having a very long, terrible day after a medical procedure that went wrong and then visiting a dear friend in hospital. Things happen in fast food. Orders get made wrong. It happens. Today I got mustard instead of ketchup on my burger I absolutely despise mustard so this was something that I had to have fixed. When I got there I asked for my entire meal to be remade because cold fast food is the worst. The GM happened to be there and she made sure my entire order was remade and correct. Great service!
