Awful customer service. I went in to redeem my $20 for lunch. The cashier watched me click redeem then told her boss in Spanish I never clicked it. Little did they know I speak Spanish. So she continues to say I’m a crazy white lady who just wants free food. So I went up to customer service and the lady at the desk told me this happens all the time and they get complaints about the way the employees at hardens treat customers all the time.
